Order Execution:

Work permissions, access to the site, any other confirmations by client. Secured powered connection / point should be available onsite. Any other additional requirement which is not mentioned in the proposal shall be paid by the client.All Civil works, Electrical works, Mechanical works to be provided by Client including containments, electrical points.

Delivery, Setup one day prior the event day between 4:00pm to 6:00pm and dismantle & collection post the show.

Transportation, Setup, Dismantling & Pickup charges are included.

Local VAT TAX 5% excluded.

Return of Equipment:
Equipment should be in same working condition while return back or at the end of the contract.
Hardware maintenance will be free to the client, but The Hirer (Client) is responsible for any Damage, loss or broken to the above equipment due to Physical damages, robbery, Fire, Riots, Electricity or any other incident beyond the control of human being. and the HIRER will be liable for the repair costs or full replacement cost of the damaged equipment. The HIRER is liable for the full replacement cost of any lost items as per current market value. THE equipment are NOT INSURED.

The equipment shall always remain the property of Sky Touch General Trading L.L.C .It is for rental use only and Sky Touch General Trading L.L.C – Dubai, will always remain the Sole Owner of the equipment.
